Returns and Exchanges
What is Baby Belle return policy ?
Baby Belle Au is happy to exchange your item (less postage costs) in the form of a store credit to use on the Baby Belle website, should there be any issues with sizing or in the event of faulty items. Contact must be made within 7 DAYS of receiving item to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind or buyers regret so please choose carefully when ordering.
We carefully check all of our items before sending, however if you find a fault in your product, we will be happy to offer a store credit or exchange (if available). Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 DAYS of receiving faulty product, if contact is made outside this period the refund will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition with original tags, & must not have been worn, altered or washed.
Handmade Custom items are strictly non refundable due to the personalized nature of the items.
What are my options when I return an item?
Whether your item was faulty or you've just had issues with sizing we provide multiple returns:
Exchange for an alternate size/colour (subject to stock availability)
Store Credit to use on the Baby Belle Handmade website
On occasion, your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by Baby Belle Au. If your replacement is not available, your online account or account with which you paid (e.g. PayPal/Afterpay) will be refunded.
Exchange, Store credit, Refund will be issued via email once the exchanged items are received by our team.
There will be NO EXCHANGE , NO REFUND on SALE items or CUSTOM HANDMADE items.
